Course Consultant - (Native English-Speaker)

Job Responsibilities:

- Responsible for sales and promotions of easyMandarin courses — Liaise with customer to understand their requirements. Draft learning proposal; Generate and follow up potentials to fulfill the sales target.

- Maintain frequent communications with both students and teachers to follow up study progress. Follow up with students as they near the end of their course to work with them in signing up for continuation of their easyMandarin studies.

- Responsible for customer related issues and ensure a high quality of customer service.

- Administrative work and other tasks from supervisor.

Job Requirements:

- Able to develop and manage professional relations with foreign businessmen, travelers, and other expatriates as well as Chinese companies with foreign employees.

- Consulting and sales experience preferred.

- Strong ability to lead, plan, execute, coordinate and self-manage under pressure.

- Strong command of English and exceptional presentation skills.

- Team oriented with excellent communication skills.

Full-time & Part-time Mandarin Teachers (English-Speaking)

-Very responsible, patient, and have a passion to teach Mandarin

-Must speak standard Mandarin and advanced English

-Prefer at least one year of Mandarin teaching experience

-Professional appearance

-Good communication skills

-Able to work in the early morning and/or in the evening is a plus

-Prefer graduates that majored in Teaching Mandarin as a Foreign Language
