We receive emails from students all the time about getting a Chinese visa. The vast information about study visas found from searching online can be unclear and sometimes misleading. What makes it even more confusing is that visa requirements for certain countries (*) are stricter and sometimes the rules change.
Our students can apply for an X2 type visa with our documents. The visa length is based on your period of study and can be a maximum of 180 days. For students that want to learn more than 180 days, we provide you with the X2 visa documents again at the end of the first 180 days. We do not charge any extra fee for providing the visa documents – it is a free additional service that we provide to our students.
The visa document that we give our students is called an “Admission Notice”. The original document is required for the X2 student visa application so we send to our students by regular mail (can take 3 weeks or more) or, if the student chooses, by DHL express delivery (takes 2 or 3 days with tracking) for an extra fee.
*please note – some African, Middle Eastern, and East Asian countries have stricter visa policies so please contact us to see if you are eligible for the X2 study visa.
